Second to Christ

As we continue in our series on "Philippians", we reflect on Paul's faith and priorities even while he's in prison. In a situation where most people would stumble and wallow in their suffering, Paul remains joyful in Christ and reminds the church that the Gospel is advancing and God is present and working even in human hardship. When we consider that Christ is Lord and is faithful to His promise of redemption, will we respond in faithful joy? We hope that God's Word convicts and encourages you.
